9.1 Aged Trial Balance Report

Select the "Aged Trial Balance" report and the system will display the "Aged Trial Balance" report dialog.

Aged Trial Balance Dialog

Select an Account Range, a Report Option and the Print Destination. The "Time frame to display" field may be set to “Current”, “> 30”, “> 60”, “> 90”, or “>120.

Options:

• Summary Aged Trial Report

Accounts Receivable Summary Aged Trail Balance Report

• Detailed Transaction Aging Report

Accounts Receivable Detailed Aging Report

•  Detailed Aging Report as of (select a date)

Same as above for a specific date.

•  Detailed Transaction Aging Report by Sales Rep (uses as of date also)

Same as above for a specific Sales Rep and date.
