Quotation

Select menu option View/Quotation and the system will print a quotation report that may be submitted to the customer. This menu item will apply

to both estimates and orders.

Alternately, the user may click the Quote button displayed on the "Estimate Header" or "Job Header" screens.

The system will display the "Customer Quotation" dialog screen:

Options:

• Show Sales Tax 
  Select this option and the quotation report will display Sales Tax.

• Show Price per M 
  Select this option and the quotation report will display PerM price.
   

• Show Price per Each 
  Select this option and the quotation report will display a unit price.

• Show Price per Add'l Color 
  Select this option and the quotation report will display pricing for an additional color.
   

• Show Add'l M Price 
  Select this option and the quotation report will display the cost of printing additional thousands. This is determined by dropping the Prepress and Setup/MR charges on processes.
   

• Combine Components to 1 Product 
  Select this option and the report will display total prices and the quantities for component #1 only.  Depending on the number of components, this report will usually print on one page.
  
  If this option is not selected, the quotation for each component will be printed on a separate page.
   

• Combine Quantities from all Components 
  Select this option and the report will display total prices and total quantities for all components.
   

• Print Destination 
  Select "Window" or "Printer".

If the Quote is Printed to the Screen, the "Email as PDF" option will be visible in the screen header bar. The "Add Contact Email" box may be checked and the Estimate contact email address will be loaded into the email address field. Alternatively click on the Email as PDF link to view the full capabilities.

Report File

If the user has created a custom quotation report (which has been previously defined in StandardsFileMaint./Report Files/Quotations) and would like to print that report file, click the drop-down arrow and select the appropriate report file from the list. Otherwise, this field should be blank.
