Click hyperlinks on the screen for additional information. Note that the "Component" field may be edited.

Fields

• Total Quantity & Quantity Ordered 
  Initially, this field will display the Quantity to be shipped (i.e. Quantity Ordered). But, as packages are entered, the field will subsequently display the quantity remaining to be shipped.
   

• Quantity Per Package 
  The user will enter this value.
   

• # of Full Packages, Full Package Weight, Odd Package Quantity, Odd Package Weight# of Full Packages & Weight:
  As one would expect, this field will be: "Total Quantity/Quantity Per Package", where applicable. These fields will not apply when the package will include one box or one carton.
  Odd Package Quantity & Weight:
  Where applicable, this field will be: "Total Quantity - # Full Packages x Quantity Per Package". These fields will not apply where each package will include one box or one carton.  
  
   

• Freight Cost, Postage Cost, Handling Cost

• Ship Date

• Tracking Number

• Location Code

• Attached File Name & ViewThe "Attached File Name" field and "View" button functionality will allow a user to browse, select, and view images pertinent to Shipping.
  
   

• Label1 & Label2These User Defined fields may be used to associate tracking numbers when different jobs are bundled into the same shipment.  The tracking numbers would be manually entered by the user.
   

• Freight Cost Override

• Exclude from shipping total quantity (i.e. proofs)

• Ship Via & Ship Via Services

• Exclude Freight Cost from Invoice

• Forms Numbering Sequence
