Invoice Job Options

These options will apply only when creating an invoice using the Completed Jobs list (Create an Invoice using a Completed Jobs List).

 

 

Options:

• Prompt User 
  (Applies only when using Completed Jobs list)
  Select this option and the system will ask whether to put each component of a job on a separate invoice line item
  
  
   

• One Line Item per Job 
  (Only applies when using the Completed Jobs list)
  If selected, the system will automatically create an invoice (when double-clicking the Completed Jobs list) using one line item per job.
   

• One Line Item per Component 
  (Only applies when using the Completed Jobs list)
  If selected, the system will automatically create an invoice (when double-clicking the Completed Jobs list) using one line item per component
