Edit Material Code Button

Note:

The Edit Code feature is common for all Materials Types and Finished Goods Items or Kits.

 

The Edit Code button allows the user to change the Material Code to a new value. 

 

 

When selected, the Edit Material Code screen will be displayed.

 

 

Enter a New Code and select OK to save.

 

When the Material Code is modified in this way, the system will change the code in the Material Items section. Additionally, the system will also update the code existing in the Estimates and Orders database tables for all historically and current data.
