Delete

Select Delete to remove a customer profile from the database.

 

The system provides a confirmation to limit any accidently removal of a customer profile.

 

 

However; if the customer has jobs in WIP or if the accont has a balance in Account recievable the user will not be able to delete the profile but instead will recieve the following warning.

 

 

If the above conditions are met than the customer profile will be removed from the customers database table. It WILL NOT remove records from any other tables (Estimates, Order, Invoices, etc) which will still contain all historical data.
