The Cashbook Module will allow reconciliation of a company’s bank accounts, and listing of outstanding checks and uncleared receipts.
The Cashbook Module will include payments from the Accounts Payable Module and receipts from the Accounts Receivable Module. Cashbook will also allow for direct entries such as payments that are not purchases (e.g. wages) and receipts that are not sales (e.g. interest on deposits), and will, in fact, provide features for all bank statement entries.
Cashbook will also provide for the dissection and analysis of all entries. If the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules are integrated, then posting payments and receipts through these modules will also automatically create corresponding transactions in the Cashbook Module.
There are 2 ways to access the Accounts Recievable module from the Home Screen
