The General Ledger Module will consolidate accounting information from the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cashbook modules, and will allow the user to produce appropriate financial reports.
In addition to the automatic features available when the accounting modules are fully integrated, The General Ledger Module will also allow the user to manually enter transactions directly in the ledger.
Full financial reporting and management analysis is supplied standard with the module.
There are 2 ways to access the General Ledger module from the Home Screen.
1. Home Screen Tab Method
Click on the General Ledger box in the Accounting Section of the Home Tab. This is only visible when the Home tab is chosen.

2. Left Tool Menu Method
Select Accounting->General Ledger from the left Tool Menu.

The system will display the General Ledger main screen.
