Customer Service Representative (CSR)

A CSR is generally an Employee who works to provide communications between the Customer, Sales and Production.

 

An Employee can be designated as a CSR as well as an Estimator and/or a Purchasing Agent. This allows the system the flexibility to apply permissions unique to the role of CSR.

 

 

Once the Employee has been designated as a CSR they will appear in various dropdown menus throughout the system. 

 

 

CSR's can also assigned to Customers as a default as either the primary CSR or the 2nd Shift CSR.

The 2nd Shift CSR is for information only as has no operational function.
