The Crew feature will allow data to be collected as a crew rather than as an individual. This means that an employee designated as a Crew Leader may Clock in and then select the Crew button to start a crew. When employees designated as helpers clock in they may select the Crew button and join the crew. For the period of time that the crew will be working together only the crew leader will make entries in Data Collection and each crew member's time card will show the same detail as the leader's. Crew members may leave the crew at any time to perform other tasks and later rejoin the crew if required. To enable the crew feature, select option: “Allow Data Collection by Crew” in the Job Costing Module.
