Bind All Components

Select this option for a process and the system will use the Input Quantity from all components (within a linked group) in the computation.

 

As an example, this option would likely be selected for a collator (either sheets or signatures) where the user will want to include multiple components such as inside pages, Covers, Inserts or Signatures in the collating process to calculate the number of signatures required to bind a book.

 

It should be noted that in appropriate processes where the costing method is set to Final Product or Finished Sheet the additional checkbox Use Book Spine Thickness will become available.
