Edit Process Code Button

Note: The Edit Code feature is common for all cost centers and can be found when editing a Process.

The Edit Code button allows the user to change the Process Code to a new value. The Edit Code button is deactivated when creating a  new process. The  Modify button is only activated for existing processes.

 

 

 

When selected, the Edit Process Code screen will be displayed.

Enter a New Code and select OK to save.

 

When Process Code is modified in this way, the system will change the code in the Cost Center. Additionally, the system will also update the code existing in the Estimates and Orders database tables for all historically and current data.
