The system allows for the storage of credit card information and associates it with a specific company and/or person.
To added a credit card, select the customer and click on the Add button from the the Customer Maintenance screen.
Once you have clicked the Add button, you will be presented with a screen as seen below. Fill all the fields in as shown, then click OK to save.
Once saved, you will see the newly added credit card details listed on the Credit Card main screen, as seen below. All Credit Card numbers are encrypted.
Once the Credit Card number has been entered it can used in the the following areas;
Prepayment section of Job Planning Screen
Job Close Out
Accounts Receivable Receipt
Authorize.NET
