Customer Maintenance

Select menu option File Maintenance/Customers/Customers and the system will display the Customer Maintenance screen. A list of customers that have been entered into the system will be displayed. 

 

List of Customers

 

Add : Create a new Customer.

Edit : Modify an existing Customer.

Delete : Allows the user to delete Customers provided that the meet certain criteria.

Images : Associate an image with a Customer.

Search : Standard search of the Customer list.

Diary Notes : Note that the user may associate a Diary Note with a specific customer.

CB Codes : Allows the user to distribute charges to one or more accounts and may elect to distribute either to customer accounts or to chargeback codes.

Credit Cards : Legacy method of storing Credit Card information. This has been replaced by interfaces for specific third party applications.
