Customer information is maintained from the Customers menu option in the File Maintenance module.
Customers Menu Selection
Customers : Maintain Customer Masterfiles.
Regional Codes : Add or Edit Regional Codes that are used in the Customer Masterfile.
Country Codes : Add or Edit Country Codes that are used in the Customer Masterfile.
Customer Types : Add or Edit Customer Types that are used in the Customer Masterfile and can be associated with Custom Pricing for Processes.
Chargeback Codes : Maintain Chargeback Codes if the system employees it.
Online Users : Maintain users for systems that included the EPMS MyAccounts or Finished Goods web portal.
