Estimates Vs. Actual Reports

The Estimated Vs. Actual reports option will allow the user to view job related Job Costing data and comparisons to estimated values. This option will allow the user allow to print the following reports:

 

  

Select menu option Job Costing/Reports/Estimated Vs. Actual Reports and the system will display the Print Estimated Vs. Actual Reports screen.

Click the down-arrow (Report Type) and the system will display the list of the following reports for user selection:

 

• Individual Job

• In Process Jobs Summary (by Date Range)

• Completed Jobs Summary (by Date Range)

• Cost Center Detail (by Job)

• Cost Center Detail (by Process)

• Cost Center Summary

 

For some of the reports,  the user will be required to enter a job. In these cases if the user does not enter a job, the system will display the Job List screen. Make selections as appropriate.

 

The Batch Print option will allow the user to select and print data for multiple jobs (to the printer only). In this case, the keyboard Shift and Ctrl keys would be used to make selections using standard Microsoft Windows techniques.
