Cost Center Notes Tab

The user may associate a Note with a Cost Center. Select the Notes tab to display, enter, modify or delete Notes.

Notes may be recalled and attached to estimates and orders from the Special Instructions field in a process when in Estimating/Order Entry.

 

As an example:

In the following screen as the user is adding a prepress process to an estimate, if the user clicks the Notes button, the system will open up the Note List of all notes that have been entered for the Cost Center.

 

 

The selected Note will then be added to the Special Instructions field where it can be adjusted or added to.

This in turn will then be printed on the Job Ticket Report.
