Markup Separately and Markup Percentage

Applies to : All Processes and Materials (except Ink Material)

Select Use Separate Markup if the user wishes to markup the cost of a process or material separately from the system default mark up.

 

Important options:

• If the option is unchecked the field will remain invisible.

• If selected, a text box will appear where a desired markup percentage may be entered.

• Alternatively, the user can leave the percentage field at 0 and choose a Markup Table. Note: The Markup Table dropdown is not present for Ink material.

• If the Markup Table is chosen without checking Use Separate Markup the selected table will have no effect.

• The markup value or table entered on this screen cannot be changed in Estimating/Order Entry.
