Quantity is Mandatory on Job Costing and Data Collection entries

Select this option to ensure that when using a specific Miscellaneous process a quantity is entered into Job Costing or Data Collection.

 

 

If this option is selected for a process, a user will be required to enter a production quantity when entering job costing/data collection data for that process. The system will accept a “0” quantity entry but will not allow a blank entry.

 

 

If the Quantity Used field is blank the user will be prompted with an error message.
