Use Effective Lots

Note:

This option requires that the Use Effective Lots, Calculate Qty using Page Count, Use Cost Grid options are selected AND there is at least 1 Grid Tier in the Cost Grid for the process to calculate correctly.

This option will calculate the Production Quantity based on the following;

Production Quantity = Component Header Qty / Cost Grid Tier Quantity x Component Page Count

The Production Time is calculated based on the Costing Method and the value in the Minutes per Unit field.

Costing Method	Production Time Formula
Minutes	Production Qty / 60 (1 hour in minutes)
Minutes per Unit	Production Qty / 60 (1 hour in minutes) * Minutes per Unit
Cost per Unit	Production Qty / 60 (1 hour in minutes) * Minutes per Unit
Cost per Square Inch	Production Qty / 60 (1 hour in minutes) * Minutes per Unit

The Production Cost is calculated based on the Costing Method.
