The user may use this section to enter any materials not previously entered as a sheet stock, roll stock or ink material. This will include such items as press plates, boxes, film and proofing materials, as well as any other materials that the user might want to track.
Standard Items setup can be accessed either through File Maintenance or, if owed, the Inventory module.
Select File Maintenance from the main screen, then Materials/Standard Items.
From the Standard Items select screen the user can choose to either to Add or Modify a category or item.

Select Inventory from the main screen, then change the Material Type to Standard Items.
Standard Item categories will be displayed in the top window (Categories), and as each category is highlighted, the system will list the individual item defined for that category in the bottom window (Items).
The user will note the field "Quantity on Hand" at the bottom of the screen. As one would expect, this field will display the On Hand Quantity in inventory for an item highlighted in the bottom window
