Suppliers represent an important part of a company's business. The company must purchase paper, film, plates, and miscellaneous supplies and services from suppliers in order to produce printing products.
The system allows the user to define supplier categories, suppliers, and supplier products. This information will primarily be used in Estimating/Orders and the Purchasing Module as purchase orders are created.
Suppliers Menu
Supplier Categories : Allows the user to define categories that a supplier can be a member of. Suppliers can only belong to 1 defined category but can be accessed by selecting All Suppliers from any dropdown menu.
Suppliers: Repository of Supplier information such as billing options, mailing address and contacts.
