Paper Frame (Layout/Paper Tab - Digital Component)

Click Add Paper/Edit Paper or Copy Paper to add, edit or copy a paper and the system will display the "Digital Component Material" screen.

The following fields and a button displayed on this screen will not be explained by viewing the discussion in Standards:

Number of 1 Sided Sheets/Number of 2 Sided Sheets
Combo Sheets
No Swing Cut
Coated One Side
Label only - will have no effect on calculations.
Precollated
Label only - will have no effect on calculations.
View Layout Button
This button will allow the user to print a layout diagram for each stock when several stocks are added in a Sheetfed or Digital component.
Add Paper Button

Note:

The user may enter a sheet stock for an estimate that is not maintained in inventory. Additionally, the paper may be added to the inventory “on the fly” by clicking the Add Paper button.

If the user elects to add a stock “on the fly”, the system will require a valid Material Code; then the system will display a Category List – select the appropriate category.
