Commission A calculates based on the cost plus method.
For example:
An estimate that, without commission, costs $1,791.77.
An estimate that, with commission, costs $1,791.77 plus a Commission Rate A of 10% ($179.18) will show on the quote as a Total Cost of $1,970.95.
Estimate or Orders have the Commission Rate A defined on the Sold To tab and can be automatically populated from either the values from the Sales Rep code or from the Customer Masterfile.
Commission Rate A can be defaulted on the Customer Masterfile so that when the Customer Account number is chosen the Commission A (and B) values will be populated.
If the user has the correct permissions they are able to enter or modify the value.
