Restrict use of Inventory On Hand button

This setting option controls the user access to the On Hand button for inventoried items.

 

The On Hand button can be found in either the Inventory or Finished Goods modules. Alternatively, it can be found on the specific Materials Types found in File Maintenance under Materials.

 

The primary settings are as follows;

 

Option	Setting
Inventory Access	Full Control
Restrict use of Inventory On Hand button	Yes/No

 

 

 

With the option set to Yes. On Hand button is grayed out.

 

 

From File Maintenance/Materials.

 

 

With the option set to No.
