Inventory Access

This user option has 3 settings for a User or User Group.

 

Option	Result
Deny	Removes access to Inventory
View Only	Allows user to view Inventory but not save changes
Full Control	Gives the user full access to create and modify Inventory items

 

 

 

Deny

Removes the Inventory module from the Home screen and left side Production menu.

 

 

View Only

This setting will allow the user access to the Inventory module to view and edit Inventory items but will prevent saving.

 

 

The buttons for Add, Delete, Search, Transfer, On Hand, Increase, Cust. Pricing and Edit Code will be grayed out for both Items and Categories.

 

 

The user can Edit but not save any changes made to an item.

 

 

Full Control

The user has permission to completely access Inventory.
