If the user selects menu option "Job Planning/Job Planning Screen" (or saves an order), the system will display the "Job Planning" screen. This screen will be the main navigation screen for completing an order and will be an important screen for navigating to other system functions.
Many of the features provided on this screen will be self-explanatory. Add or edit data and select functions as applicable.

Note:
The Shipping and Change Order buttons will show an “orange” bar along the right side of the button when there are shipments, change orders or requisitions for the job being viewed.
Job Planning Screen Labels, with the exception of Label 5 and Label 6 identified in the screen capture above as Order Type and Label 6, may be edited from the Job Planning Screen by right clicking on the label and entering the desired label name. However, it must be noted that any functionality connected to the label will remain tied to the field position. Labels 5 and 6 must be controlled in File Maintenance Module/File/User Defined.
