Minutes/Add Burn

This value is used for a specific operation such as exposures on film or silk screen that requires the process to be repeated multiple times using the same base process. This option requires that the Costing Method be set to Minutes per Unit and that a value, in minutes, is entered into the Minutes/Add Burn for each additional operation.

 

 

The number of burns will be entered in the Estimating/Order Entry as an estimate or order is created.

 

 

The system will multiply the Additionals x Minutes/Add Burn to get total time.

 

Note: The material attached to the prepress Process can also be multiplied by the value entered into the Additionals field if the option Multiple Material by Add. Burns is selected.
