Ship Via Codes

The system allows the user to define various Ship Via Codes that can later be assigned to shipments orders to customers or suppliers.

The system will display a list of shipping methods. Click Add or Edit to create or modify a Ship Via Code.

Code : Enter in a 5 alphanumeric code.

Description : This text will be visible in the drop down menu in shipping.

Online Description : If the user will be utilizing web modules for customer order entry. An Online Description will be required to display the Shipping Method (Ship Via Code) in the web modules.

 

Click OK to save the Ship Via Code.
