Kit Unit Sell Prices

The Kit Unit Sell Prices grid allows the user to enter in 2 values associated with the Finished Good Kit.

 

 

Add or Edit to create or modify a grid tier. Delete will erase the selected line.

 

Unit Price

Use this field to enter a Unit Sell Price for the kit that will be used when a Finished Good Kit Component is added to an Estimate or Order.

 

 

It is important to note that the Unit Price IS NOT used when the Finished God Kit Assemble button is used. In that instance the Unit Sell Prices associated with the Finished Good Item is used.

 

When a Finished Good Kit Component is used the Price from for the component is derived from the Unit Price X Quantity Ordered.

 

 

Unit Cost

The Unit Cost will update the On Hand Record of the Assembled Finished Good Item when the user either uses the Assemble button or creates a Finished Good Kit Component and Ships the Order to Inventory.

 

 

Once the User has completed either method a new On Hand Record with be created with the new Unit Cost for the Finished Good Item which will be used when reporting based on the Primary Valuation.
